Holy crap! Chrome is getting faster

CNET says Google Chrome is getting faster! The latest beta "Minefield" runs Javascript 37% faster than previous builds. If they keep this up, the really will replace desktop apps.

    I'm stuck on a Thinkpad this week while my mac is in the shop, and I've been using Chrome. I like it better than Firefox by a wide margin. Once they port it to OS X, I'll have to give serious thought to using it over Safari.

    BTW, I voted for Barack Obama for President of the United States this morning, and damn it felt good.
